Extras: inside oven, inside fridge/freezer, inside cupboards, interior windows, heavy dirt, grease, limescale or build-up. Quoted individually based on property size and condition. We cannot guarantee a deposit return or that a landlord or agent will accept the clean.
Every price in one placeMoving out is the one clean where the date matters more than anything else, and the end of the month is when everybody wants it. If you know your hand-back date, tell us early. It costs nothing to hold a conversation and it is the difference between getting the slot you need and taking whatever is left.
The base price covers the detailed clean of the property itself: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, floors, skirting boards, doors and frames, accessible cupboards, surfaces and cobwebs. The extras that letting agents tend to list separately are priced separately here too, so a property that does not need the oven doing is not paying for it.
One thing we will not do is promise you your deposit back. That decision belongs to your landlord or agent, not to us, and any cleaner who guarantees it is guessing. What we will do is clean to the standard described and stand behind it: if an agent raises an issue about the areas we cleaned within 48 hours of our visit, tell us and we come back.

The figure on this page is a starting price for the size of property. We confirm a fixed price after seeing photos or the property itself, and that fixed price is what you pay. Nothing is charged until you have agreed it.
It is much better if it is. Furniture and boxes hide exactly the surfaces an agent checks, and we would rather clean an empty room properly than work around a pile of belongings. If some things have to stay, tell us in the photos so the quote is honest.
No. Most customers leave a key, a code or arrange access once, whatever you are comfortable with. Tell us how to get in when you book.
