DEEP CLEANING · CHORLEY
A deep clean is for a house where build-up has had time to settle. We work through the detail a regular clean keeps ticking over rather than resets, and you get a fixed price before anyone starts.
STARTING PRICES
Deep cleans are ideally quoted individually, after photos or a quick look round.
Every price in one placeThe honest way to explain the difference: a regular clean keeps a home level, and a deep clean changes the level it sits at. Skirting boards, door frames, light switches, the tops and bottoms of things, behind and under whatever furniture moves safely. It is slower work, and the price reflects that rather than a clock.
Because the amount of work genuinely depends on how long it has been, we would rather quote a deep clean from photos than from a bedroom count. Send pictures of the kitchen, the bathroom and anything that worries you, and the figure we come back with is the figure you pay.
Plenty of people book one deep clean to reset the house and then a fortnightly regular clean to hold it there. That works out cheaper than repeating the deep clean, and we will tell you if that is what your house actually needs.

GOOD TO KNOW
A regular clean covers the same rooms every visit and keeps a home on top of itself. A deep clean goes after what a regular clean does not reach every time: skirting boards, doors and frames, light switches, high and low areas, cobwebs, build-up and grime, and the accessible space behind and under furniture.
As long as it takes. Clenza charges one price per clean rather than by the hour, so a slow morning costs you nothing extra and there is no clock-watching on either side. What matters is the list of work we agreed, and that it is finished.
Because two three-bedroom houses can be a hundred pounds apart in work. Photos let us give you a fixed price instead of a starting price, and they protect you from being told the number has gone up on the day.
Yes, as add-ons. Inside the oven, inside the fridge or freezer, inside cupboards and interior windows are each priced separately so you only pay for the ones you want. The prices are listed on the pricing page and in the booking flow.
Yes. Products and equipment are included in the price, including colour-coded cloths so the cloth that cleans the toilet never touches the kitchen. If you would rather we used your own products, just say so.
SERVICE AREA
This page is written around Chorley because that is where we are based, but the same clean, the same price list and the same cleaner go out to every town on the list.
Send a few phone photos of the kitchen, the bathroom and anywhere that worries you. You get a price before anything is booked, and nothing is charged until you have agreed it.
All prices are starting prices and may vary depending on property size, condition and requirements.
